Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP),this enzyme largely found in liver and bones , small amounts found in placenta of pregnant women and in intestines. ALP is routine test in liver profile and bone profile. It is used to identify liver or bone disorder with the support of some other tests.This test can be performed in Serum,do not use in plasma.
